Prof. Meifei REN 任美霏

Executive Director Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China

After living abroad with her parents and studying in Argentina, Meifei Ren decided to return to China in 2005 in order to serve her country and participated in the organization of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China. During the years she has been working in the Chamber, she loves her job and devotes all her time and energy to her work. With her good quality of work and positive attitude, she has influenced and motivated the whole Chamber team to work together to ensure the successful completion of all tasks. As the leader of the Chamber, she has focused on guiding the standardization, scientific, rationalization and humanization of management, innovation and pursuit of excellence, so that the Chamber's businesses continue to grow and develop.

At the beginning of the Chamber, there were only more than 50 members, Meifei Ren and her team took the responsibility to provide the best service to member companies, creating the highlights of the serious, meticulous and thoughtful work of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China, which was well received by the majority of members and attracted many famous Spanish companies to join. By the end of 2020, the members of Spanish Chamber of Commerce have reached more than 300, more than half of which have invested in Shanghai and its surrounding areas. She understands the important role of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce as the front and core bridge between bilateral trade and commerce, as well as the high recognition and consequent strong appeal of the Chamber due to its own country, Meifei Ren has been committed to providing services for Spanish companies to invest in China and for Chinese companies to better enter Europe, go global and cooperate in this new era, under the framework of the new international economic situation. She has achieved remarkable results and enjoys an increasingly high reputation and influence in the Spanish business community.
